    Visor:

    First, we start by obliterating the face above the nose and trim the nose back as needed:

    While I’m here, I smoothed out the brow and inserted some helmet alterations:

    Be sure to cut the visor longer than needed. Notch out the overall design and make it fit the nose:

    Score the edges of the visor at the width of the face and bend back. Secure everything in place with the glue from the inside. Use extra reinforcements if needed, so long as they don't interfere with the visor lying flat against the face:

    Trim your edges to fit flush on the face:

    Install the helmet vents and trim them so that they don't stick out too far in the back . . . . :
