Anyone seen these new TF type toys from Hot Wheels? They look kinda goofy and Go-Botish but not all that bad. I have seen the Mustang and the Scion, only really want the F-150 casue I drive one and have yet to see an F-150 transformers out there. Anyone actually buy one? http://www.hotwheels.com/modifighters/index.aspx

I saw them yesterday at K-Mart and was thinking about posting about them but didn’t know if any had done it yet and was too lazy to look.

Yeah, I think they are supposed to be their version of "urban" toys. Kinda goofy if you ask me, but hey don't look all together that bad.

Yeah, these were reported sometime ago. They have a water gimmick: Fill the toy's gun with water and squirt the enemy bot and battle damage appears.

I think they look absolutely dreadful.

First saw them long ago and then promptly forgot them. Too bulky and blocky for my tastes.

Man, the arms on the F150 and Charger look horribly placed and useless.

"Streetwyse™"?! Assuming the difference between "i" and "y" would be insufficient for both to exist, Hasbro lost that trademark to this?

And we also have a yellow sports car called "Quick-Tyme™, the Hot Shot Racer" and a red Scion xB called "Live Wire™, the Battling DJ". Gee, I wonder where they got those ideas....

I'm not particularly impressed. But, my son might like one...

I do kind of like the shoes, though.

So let's take some hot cars, add some cool paint, make 'em turn into fighting robots, (to cash in on that TF movie coming out this summer) and oh yeah, let's make them all street fighting "Gangsta Rappers".

Wow, how hard up do you have to be to make a buck?
