...Possible. There are two ways in which you can take care of fixing Titanium Soundwave's so-called "diaper" waist, The Easy Way, and The Hard Way. The Easy Way: Diaper Wave - REDLINE The Hard Way - By TFMaster I did alot of retooling on the inside. So much in fact that I had to recharge my cordless Dremil a few times just to trim/cut down all the inside diecast to allow the waist to slide in. You can also see the other little mods I did. New Hips/Theighs thanks to Classics Starscream. A balljointed head/neck. New hands thanks to Extra Alt Sideswipe hands. Trimmed down crotch. More pics to come later. I'm tired right now and been up all night modding this guy. Enjoy. TFM
Did you do all that after reading this thread? http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/showthread.php?t=120656 How does tape deck mode look? Do you think what we came up with in that thread is possible? I don't have him yet, but I'm guessing that you had to cut a bunch of metal out so the waist could slide up, and carve sliders where there was previously just holes for the waist halves to pivot on. I'm also thinking that to pull off what we suggested, new waist halves would probably have to be built from scratch, or HEAVILY built up to allow them to pull out of the body further. Any chance of getting pics of the inside of the torso?
i'll never get him, the leg mod here is a definate improvement but that waist is still too big. they should fire the designers and get the tf designers to work on these instead
