    Hey guys.

I want to display some of my figures on stands that make it look like they are flying or leaping through the air. I was looking at stands for Gundams, but I was wondering how good they were, and how much weight they can take. The figures I am thinking of putting up at the moment are Animated Prowl and Starscream. Are they too heavy, and are there other brands I could try?

    Thanks in advance.

    Crazy as it may sound:

    Doll Stands.

Available in lots of sizes and styles. An EXPENSIVE one will be about 8 bucks, you can get 'em for a buck.

Readily avaiable at most craft stores/craft departments.

And I can honestly say that they're no more visually distracting/obtrusive than the fancy clear-plastic ones, plus they're more stable, more durable, and again, way cheaper. Back in the BMech days I had my army of of floaty jet-drones displayed this way, and it looked great.
