    Modding does not always equal piracy. Sometimes its modding for the sake of getting games from other regions of the world or for running homebrew code. Neither of which is 'stealing'

    Modding to run homebrew code isn't an issue, but modding to run region encoded games or movies still violates copy protection laws.

    so true, my friend got busted for weed+resisting arrest but got off free due to some misplacement of documents
