    Here's the latest effort,I never did like the way this figure was all calves and feet so I've balanced him out a bit by razor sawing the doors off and sticking them all together so he has slimmer forearms in robot mode and full door wings.BB has the signature gemstone headlamps and resculpted fists with more digit definition.

    You have to cut off some pegs that otherwise keep the "toes" in place. The toes should be able to rotate on the screw

    Not really.If the bits are cut well they superglue together a treat.You obviously have to unscrew the arms and remove the metal studs but the plastic plugs left on the door bottoms still plug snugly into the forearms in alt mode.To transform it the only difference is to push the arms off the doors in car mode and then open the doors.
