Does MOC mean it's sealed? Through my years of buying online, sometimes sellers aren't very specific on that detail. Cash only? $45 for a deluxe just seems steep. But that's just my mind reasoning here. Me and my Hasbroformers, I'm just soo used to the $10 deluxe. I completely understand it's rare and better than the American release in terms of cartoon-accuracy, so I completely understand the pricing. No trades negotiable? Just thought I'd ask in case you are looking for anything rare.
