Spent five bucks at value village for materials.

The boat is made of cork. It should float no problem.

Needs weaving details, some carving, that bamboo side detail, custom oar and sail and done. Promised my daughter this before the spring break ends.

Cool! I like how they gave Moana elbows and knees. Not a common thing in fashion dolls.

She has elbows, knees, ab crunch, waist.

I have the urge to give her wrist articulation...

    Sail update.

Thanks peeps! Easy to do but time consuming. The base canoe took maybe two hours.

Now for the details and oar.

And tested. It floats! Got some holes to plug though!

Sure, it doesn't transform into a robot, but it's a custom none the less.

    Salamat/ Thank you

Tested in the pool and it works.

    Some adjustments needed:

    - chlorine eats up the glue stick glue. Maybe use gorilla glue.
    - used noodles to help a bit.

Nice, but this should have been titled/labelled "Non-TF".
