I believe that TT will make these figures, eventually. But it's oddly coincidental that these rumors pop up only when a 3rd party is making a figure.  

It's different when TT posts a silhouette to combat a release. that makes me think twise. rumors do nothing to sway my purchase.
(although, this project does not hold my interest, the rumors are annoying)

This means no minibot for 2015 from Takara unfortunately, which is a great opportunity for MMC to step it up with Ox MP Seaspray, Beachcomber and Powerglide before X-Transbot or DX-9 does their version!!! Cmon MMC, get cracking!!! An Ox MP Arcee wouldn't be bad either... just saying.

MP-27 is a long way off...we don't even officially know what MP-25 is yet. I don't doubt there are new cars to come this next year for sure, but when would MP-27 come out? December at best? Unless they start speeding things up again. And if MP-27 is Mirage, just who are MP-25 and MP-26?

 

For all we know, TT only do it twice, starscream and soundwave. And everyone are assuming when 3rd going for MP kind of figure.

I'm not a fan of Invisible for my MP collection so I'm hoping MMC makes a more "MP" rendition of Mirage.

 

I'm still trying to track down a copy of the art book mmc is using as reference for their mps. Its long out of print and extremely overpriced now and their doesn't even seem to be a scan anywhere to download. Would love to get a better idea of what to expect from this line of theirs.

Yes the visualworks illustration artbook is the one. It has all of Studio OX's designs and whatnot in it but as I said very hard to find a copy now. Griffith said their work is serving as the primary reference for this entire line of theirs as they are big fans of that artwork.

Ocular Max Perfection Series is the full title of MMC's line shortened to OXP the OX revering to Studio OX's work and the p being their "not masterpiece" label.
