    A G1 Deathsaurus and an IDW Deathsaurus and neither one in Masterpiece scale? They’ve clearly been reading my letters.

    Wow, I guess I kinda saw the War of the PMOPs coming in 2017... I would not have called 2019 as the War of the Deszaruses. I mean... we still need an IDW Star Saber that's not a 400$, non-transforming statue.

    That's what I'm hoping. The Planet X version seems to only have the lion. Regardless, the initial art looks nice :)

    I've noticed a few people starting to say the same thing regarding S1/S2 characters. Can't say I blame them. As much as I like several of those characters, I'm getting burned out on the way too many rehashes of them (Optimus for example).

    Odds are Planet X's next PX-C fig will be Saber.

    Ismenios is based off IDW, which I believe has only the 1 chest-bot (I'm not 100% sure on this. I know very little of the IDW'verse).

    True, but Carnifex got them as an add-on, and Reformatted is "Classics" anyway.

    I think it's pretty cool that MMC and PX went two very different routes with their takes on the same character, with MMC being more G1 faithful and PX going for the IDW look. Both look great imo, and I appreciate the variety.

    I really love how both look. Of course need to see physical samples of this one, but I like how it’s more like the original G1 design with the other being more IDW. Funds willing, I’m inclined to get both and treat this one as my proper Deszaras and make the PX one another member of the “Zaras Clan.”

    Makes me wish someone would make an Esmeral too, despite how obscure she is.

    Love that we're getting two freaking Deathsarus's. Going to play the long game and see how both turn out before I choose. I do hope that MMC does the breastmasters also like PX is doing. And of course either one of them should be rushing to do starsaber next

    Depending on your idea of chug, I would guess he’s larger. Mmc rarely gives articulated hands to characters, even at mp scale, so I’m thinking like larger than tarn/megatron but smaller than dai and overlord/caenifex?
