I love how this one doesn't have the truck's hood sticking out really far. I didn't like it in the original toy, and I don't like it on MP-style figures, either.

I really dislike that break in the tailgate of Trailbreaker.

Yeah. I think that's the first time I've seen the vehicle mode from that particular angle. It just looks... bad. Granted, he'll be in robot mode 99% of the time if I decide to get this guy, but still.

It just seems like it could have been avoided.

Yeah. Seems like a folding panel or something could have bridged that gap. But who knows? I'm not a designer, lol.

I mentioned the gap as being a part I didn't like in my review. :(  same with Backdraft wasn't it? I might be remembering incorrectly.

Such a tough decision between Mmc and BadCube. I don't worry too much about ft cause that'll be like in 4 years from now... Lol

    I'm very much the same.
Trailbreaker is kinda a nobody character with a pretty blah design, and I just didn't see myself getting one, but kept an open mind because maybe somebody makes a toy that looks cool, and maybe I wanna add some black into my MP autobots, so maybe.

Now here I am trying to decide which of these very cool Trailbreaker toys I wanna get!

I'm not digging the blue headlights on these guys. It's better than red, but... bleh.

I'm actually surprised that Artifex's headlights aren't that smoky color of his glass, because otherwise there isn't any blue clear plastic on him.

Well...you know. I suppose I was a little harsh on Paik. I guess the reason Uncle Skullface appeals to me so much is he's kind of grumpy and nitpicky and for the most part, our tastes are on par. Of course the Internet Defense Force comes out in droves if you dislike something they like, so you aren't going to win if you have a dissimilar opinion. I was not ridiculing Paik personally, I was stating an opinion of his review. He seems like a nice guy, and I'm sure he helps old ladies across the street and gives generously to charities, but I'm not fond of his voice, and complete ignorance of actual vehicle terminology, which I find annoying. On a forum dedicated to opinions, I am not going to apologize for having one. Turning the sound off and just watching to see a blow-by-blow transform tutorial, it's fine.

If someone posted that they think Skullface is an asshole and he's a douchecanoe and he sucks and is unfunny and they hate his videos, so what? I wouldn't get so pissed off I hit the "ignore" button, or go apeshit on them. Oh gnoes, you don't like an youtoube selebrity I haet you! Please. I joined this forum because I have been a fan of Transformers and Go-Bots since their inception, when I watched the cartoons enrapt on Saturday mornings in my pajamas eating a bowl of Chocolate Frosted Sugar Bombs buried under so much sugar the leftover milk made a slurry paste which I eagerly slurped up while I was surrounded by all my toys, of which Wheeljack and Trailbreaker were the first.

There's a really diverse and fun mix of folks here, and I have a few faves whose posts are always entertaining, and the dissemination of information and insight is always welcome, especially concerning third party wares. And to keep this post on topic, I'm REALLY on the edge about this guy compared to Bad Cube, but BC's legs just...eh. Terraegis looks so cool and honestly, I dig the running boards. I had originally preordered BC's, but cancelled and bought this guy instead. Might regret it, but I doubt it.

While I'm no fan of the kibble on the back of Hoists arms, it's very neatly integrated.

    *Slow clap*

    Well said, Turbofang, well said!

If only a greater amount of TFW2005 shared your logical thinking, a breath of fresh air indeed!

Come on guys...We've all seen 1980's Toyota Pickups with waaay bigger holes in the bed than this.
this is just making the vehicle more real-world accurate.....Amiright

I'm pretty sure that's what's called ridiculing someone personally.
