I have a similar issue but I figured that if I couldn't find a spot that I could always turn around and sell him and not lose a lot of money since it was an exclusive. It also looks really nice.

I'm glad he sold out before I did something stupid and ordered him. I saw him in stock last night before I went to bed and almost pulled the trigger on him. I've just spent so much money on toys the past couple of weeks I couldn't justify it. If I hadn't just picked up the sdcc primitive prime and Thor sets, along with a ton of other marvel legends figures and a sizable POL going at BBTS, I would have grabbed this guy for sure.

 

Yeah, I had an order stuck for payment so couldn't order till that was sorted after work. Oh well, I just bought Overwatch instead...

Now I have to buy the internet.

Not a Wrecker for me, but I had mistaken him for another TF. I thought he was the Autobot pretender in Marvel US #67, Rhythms of Darkness, but upon rereading it that turned out to be chainclaw...a bear. He could thus fit with my Autobot pretenders (which I still have to kitbash to get).

Yes, I know. So happy that it's a convention exclusive, because I don't care for than one at all. Never liked that deco as SG Rodimus. I know what it is based on, but seeing SG Cyclonus in Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime colours made so much sense to me, and likewise I would prefer Hot Rod/Rodimus to steal Cyclonus his colours (and personal preferance, Skywarp for Hot Rod).

I can wait because it's not impossible that I like the retool better than Rodimus in different colours. Of course, if it turns out to be Getaway then not (the G1 version was a favourite of mine), but who knows -- it may very well be the rumoured Cybertron deco (thus likely Hot Shot) and that I would definitely want.

The same notion is also playing in the back of my head.


EDIT: but the choice has been made for me, since Kapow's sold out. Guess I'll never know if I would regret buying more than not buying

It's the same store. The differences are just based on region settings. If you do a translation, the color classification says "only make up". 510 is the balance after a 50 yuan deposit.

The item description also talks about 560 yuan being the whole cost.

 

Please stop posting these awesome photos! You are driving up the aftermarket price for those of us who missed out.

Word is they may have some stock for other retailers eventually, they just did the PSX exclusive first.
