So I got ML Soundwave, got a mini SD (1 gig), stored an MP3 on it (128kbps), and charged a battery.
And nothing happens. How do I use this thing? I can't read the manual. Am I missing an on/off switch somewhere?

you have to hold the play/pause button down for like 2-3 seconds to turn it on. same thing if you want to turn it off.

Thanks, got it turned on. Unfortunately it only led to a moment of noise, and not Europe's The Final Countdown which I expected.

Edit: I now tried the Autobots arrival music, which is 192 kbps, and I heard the first second, mixed with noise, then it stopped.

Weird, nothing wrong with mine. Maybe try at 160kbps, and see if that still has problems?

Probably a silly question, but did you press the play button after you turned it on?

It should just play once you turn it on.

Figured it out. I had a to format the mini SD.
Still, there's noticable noise while playing the autobots arival track. I should try a 128 kbps one again, since that's the rate which is mentioned on Soundwave's box.
    (I don't think I have a 160 kbps file.)
