Im in the minority here i guess but,,,,,, I love it, I think I like it better than mechplanets. I usually buy two of each item ( have two kids ) and I may buy one of these guys and one of MEchplanets if they are both the same size.

Get the feeling he is quite a bit smaller than mechplants judging by the alt... Makes a tallish bot but a bit smaller alt...

Shorter than their Bumblebee? That would impressive. I think I remember MechPlanet posting on their weibo page that couldn't make their Bumblebee any smaller because of engineering and materials issues.

Nahh i think it is possible. Sure will we will see a bee 6 - 7 cm... Their design might have been fiddly, they could make it fit but personaly think they more wanted it cross scale with Chug - cash money.

Too bad; but I guess it makes sense to try and sell to two sets of collectors.
MechPlanet also tries to price their products pretty low for a 3p. Maybe with a bigger budget something can be done.

So is Mister Moon still in business then? Their first set (Blaster & Perceptor) is nowhere to be found anywhere, so I kind assumed that they went under...?

Also, they need to adjust their pricing - they're a bit overpriced, considering that they're modified KO's of another company's figures (which are actually cheaper!). I actually kinda hope that Mech Planet comes out with their own versions of Blaster & Perceptor, making Mister Moon's versions pointless...

Sounds like you seek justice for a company knocking off another company that is making money off Hasbro's license. Nice.

That's a truly awful alt mode. Hard pass for me, despite my legends addiction.

Alt mode looks better than this, while still being pretty faithful.

Hmmm, yeah it is pretty accurate. Nostalgia must have played with my memory, didn't recall it being that short. Guess now I dislike the g1 version too.
Would love a bit of stretch to it to get closer to the Porsche 924 I always thought he should have been.

Truth right here, that hoodie is a dead giveaway that they probably have a Goldbug retool planned from this.

Hasbro needs to get around to doing the rest of the Throttlebots, Goldbug included.

If they go that route and make a Goldbug I hope they do a few more Throttlebots like Chase and Freeway.
