Ross in Sunset Hills still hasn't restocked, although there's a Berserker that someone found and put back with the Steelbanes. I checked the case assortment for Cogman's wave. The other figures are Bumblebee, Berserker, Strafe, Crosshairs, and Barricade. So if you find a Ross with a combination of those figures and no Cogman, you likely missed him.
That appears to be the case for my store in Joplin. Found Bee, Crosshairs, Barricade, and Strafe. No Cogman.
I also checked the Ross at the mall formerly known as St. Louis Mills. (I know, I know, I'm a brave soul). They had 1x TLK deluxe Snarl and a couple of Titans Return figures. Again, that makes me think they haven't gotten the Cogman case yet.
It's not with the other TF's against the wall, it's on the lower shelf of one of the aisle shelves. FYI. If you get there and find an extra Cogman please text me, I work right by there and will run up and get it.
Ross in Maplewood has Barricade, Steelbane and Squeeks. No indication that they've gotten the Cogman case. Although their toy section is...organized? And split into boys and girls? And no toys on the floor? Maybe I'd better go check and make sure I'm actually in Ross.
Just saw the Wave 2 pair at the Target on NW Barry Rd. (the one by 169 Hwy across from the old Metro North Mall lot). 2 each of both Jazz and Lockdown. They also had Brawl and Megatron for the Voyagers, and a Rodimus Unicronus if anyone is still after him.
Yesterday evening, Ross on West Florissant had two Drifts, one Squeeks and one of somebody else, plus one Legion hound.
Off topic (to a moderator non the less), but it just hit me- you're the guy with the really massive collection of leader movie Primes (including the one in your sig where you got many parts chromed), right? I didn't realize you lived in KC. Of course last time we discussed leader Primes I may not have lived here yet. Anyway.

No sign of the G1 reissues in the US, AFAIK. I ordered a Hot Rod from the website, and it is being shipped from Ontario. ETA: This just in: There is also an Ontario, California, which is more likely to be the Ontario in question than the province in Canada. (Learn something new every day....)

Ross in Chesterfield has 2x Sqweeks and 1x Bumblebee. No idea what that means in terms of whether they got in Cogman or not.
