Brickseek didn't for me either this morning, but I did a check while I was over on Barry Rd. around 10:00 and it had changed to Instock, so I ran over there to see and there they were.
I searched DCPI 087-06-5863. I just checked and now both Liberty and the N. Skyview Barry Rd. store are saying Instock, as well my St. Joseph store which I know for a fact it was showing out of stock this morning.

Well this DCPI is the number that appears on the receipt and on the shelf/peg labels at the store. Those DCPIs are the only numbers that the store themselves use and I'm pretty sure the only numbers Brickseek can accurately find. I've learned from Marvel Legends hunting that the individual DCPI numbers of figures in the case people often list are used at Target for only selling items in assortments individually online at their website or are just for internal use, but are often not found in an actual store's inventory.

Wait...those are the same numbers as Wave 1. So how do you narrow it down for other waves? Just hope?
DCPI numbers don't change per wave. Sometimes they don't even change per line, Combiner Wars, Titans Return, and I believe Thrilling 30 as well all had the same previous DCPI numbers.
I picked up blackwing finally from target in st Charles rock road on St. Louis. The rest of the wave is there still.
Target in CoMo has full pegs of wave 2 deluxes for anyone looking. Also had classics Voltron deep discounted but I picked up most of them, just missing yellow lion. They still have a black and blue for $9. Hoping maybe Jeff has yellow before turning to amazon.
Wal-Mart is also marking down their Voltron lions, the '84 lions were $13 the other day and will probably be marked down again if Target is going to $9 now.
On Kansas Side, 119th and Metcalf Target has one of each PotP Wave 2 Deluxe. Olathe Target at 119th and Strang Line has a whole case!
The Florissant Target has half a case of Wave 2 Deluxes, besides the Wave 1 leftovers. Blackwing came home with me*, leaving Moonracer, two Rippersnappers, and ... five ... Dreadwinds on the pegs. * I wish I hadn’t bothered. My original plan was Dreadwind, Blackwing, Buster, and Hydra as limbs for Cyclonus. Then it turns out that there won’t be a Buster and Hydra. Then it turns out that the tolerances are Dreadwind are a bit off. Then it turns out that Blackwing has even worse tolerances, floppy wings, and a floating head. I should have just been satisfied with my G1 Powermasters, Botcon Dreadwind & TRU/Renderform Darkwing, and (hopefully coming soon) 3P MPs.
