    Need some advice, my friends.

I'm beginning to run out of room and I need to pack up some figures to store or sell. So far the lines I'm welling to so are:
    Animated
    Movie
    Predacons (prime)
    RiD
    Beast Wars
    Dinobots

(Not touching Prime, 3 parties, combiner. Titans, and PotP, G1, Stars creams and Cliffjumpers).

So which do you think? Some all?

5 Below in Brentwood had a bunch of Titan Masters for $3, including some Ramhorns. 2 were there when I left.

What Animated were you going to purge NaSMaX? personally I think its a really unique line...

I just ran up there and grabbed a few things. I’ll probably give most of it away as gifts, but I did grab Steelbane for myself.

    Thanks for the heads-up!

Glad you got some, the Deluxes are easily worth $4, even some of the duds like Berserker and Steelbane.

Yeah, unfortunately despite deciding to skip the majority of TLK, I actually already had all of those deluxes except for Steelbane and I did pick up Skull-whatever from TRU, so I already had the mold. I even already had Hound, who really isn't all that impressive, but absolutely worth picking up for $7. Suffice it to say, I'm really not happy I paid $20 each for Barricade, Berserker, Drift, etc, let alone what $25/$30(?) for Hound.

Any idea why they are marked down so drastically at that store? Think the other stores are going to follow suit? I haven't hunted in awhile, so I have no idea what's going on.

They're just on clearance, they've been dropping in price for the last month or so and that's the current price. Although I was surprised to see so much left, the clearance price is the same at every Wal-Mart but most stores I've visited sold through their stock and might only be sitting on a Berserker or two. For some reason this store still has a bunch sitting around untagged.

Seems like everyone took a blood bath on Last Knight toys, but that's the most insane clearance I've seen them for anywhere. I know for a fact I'll be ordering extremely light on Studio Series and any other movie toys from now on...

When Wal-Mart gets serious about clearance, they don't hold back. They were very aggressive with all of their toy clearance this past year, they clearly wanted it gone ASAP.

Hard to say what happened with TLK, although personally I think Wave 1 was just bad. It was over ordered and wasn't that appealing of a line-up (plus jacking up the price to $20 didn't help), and the best Deluxe figure in the line (Cogman) didn't even reach store shelves. Studio Series might do better, but I doubt you're the only one who is planning now to trend lightly here.

Oh, I'm going to hunt down and buy the ever-loving crap out of the Studio Series. Those look to be on par with the glory days of ROTF. I simply CANNOT wait for those figures to be released!

They didn't Monday at lunch. Bother...I just want Shockwave, and all I find at Walgreens are lots of Bees, a few Optimi, the occasional Prowl and a rare Jetfire. (And Wingspan/Cloudraker, Brainstorm, Quake, and wave 1 deluxes.)

They do look great, don't get me wrong. I personally am looking forward to Leader Grimlock. Smaller retailers were doomed from the start on TLK figures. My cost was $15.00 and Wal-Mart sold them off the bat at $15.83, not to mention case breakdowns were terrible. I got in some Studio Series Voyagers yesterday and put them up on eBay and have sold all the Starscreams and I only have 3 Optimus left. I won't be ordering a restock, just because by time I get them the market will be saturated and then I'll be back in the same situation all over again.

I always regretted not getting animated blackout. The line was great and really a huge step in transformers engineering.
