    Did you inform your counselor what your intended major was and did he advise you on which courses to take accordingly?

    Tertiary education works 2 ways (besides the major money issue). Slog in something u love but wont necesary get great grades that will give u experience when u enter the working force. Or choose something your good at/easy, cruise thru college with decent grades and decide whether u actually need that degree later (but at least u got your papers)

    Dont go halfsies. N while its normal adjusting period in your 1st year to be confused/sussing things out (as it sounds in your description) dont take too long to figure out your direction. Besides the councilor talk to fellow students (the smarter one, not the dumb ones).

    Yup we have that figured out and mainly she want's me to change my study habit's.

    So SDV and two ENG courses.
