I would open it, but I could see the appeal of leaving it MISB considering Starscream has already been released a few times in the Henkei/Classics/Universe lines and was a fraction of the cost.
It's a toy damn it. Open it carefully to keep the packaging intact as much as possible if you wanna keep it and play with the damned thing. Honestly, I don't understand MISB collectors. Toys are meant to be played with. Out
I keep most of mine MISB, so I would keep him in his little apartment and let him look out the window, but you do what you want!!!
Having opened mine, I strongly recommend that everyone who owns this open it. Like now. As pretty as it is in jet mode, it's so much more awesome in robot mode and you just can't get that in the packaging. And pics don't do it justice. Bottom line: If you really want to appreciate the figure fully ya gotta open it.
I was stuck in traffic when I got mine so I ripped it open in the car. The packaging's gone. It looks awesome if you're into clear transformers. The gray pieces actually work VERY well in alt mode and the bronze highlights hit it out of the park in robot mode. No obvious problems but there's no telling when a tailfin or two may crack.
open it and enjoy. the whole point of the figure is to have fun with it, rather than stare at the box all day long.
