Things like that are probably why they have 98% feedback.

Though not MISB, it still looks decently pristine. :D

In the other thread, I can see MIB being an issue. But this auction has 4 accessories missing and used the word MISB, definitely in its own class, ehehe. People will put any word just to catch attention.

Now onto the auction itself. Earlier I did look into that aucution, but with 4 missing accessories, I had to pass. FMax accessories price is joke; everything is madly expensive. I wouldn't mind paying what the seller is asking for if it was complete. Instead, I used that money to pay for a vintage G1 MISB Bruticus, 880.

the thing is, most people who would buy a Fort Max would be careful enough to look thru the details, no? Not saying that the seller is right. I think thats sneaky and BS.

Whoo, I'm just curious, did he use the same picture from the previous sold auction to sell this one? Or, the previous buyer returned the item back?

Here's the actual negative feedback comment and auction regarding the same MISB FMax:

Lucky, I didn't bid with that guy.

I reported his ass to ebay. probably won't make a difference, but I want to make it as hard as it is for him. If he is a "collector", then he is shaming our kind with this kind of crap.

Goddamnit, if you don't watch your step then eBay can be a mightily dangerous place for your wallet.

As for that Menasor giftset, it looks like English might not be the seller's first language. Still, you'd think if you were going to try and sell something that expensive in a foreign market you'd do it right!

Dude is clownin' to the nth degree, to even put "MISB" and "complete" when it's neither. Also:

What he is missing (easily found)
    Spike
    Cerebro's gun
    Radar dish
    Dual blaster gun

    Seriously?

I reported it. The listing is beyond misleading with "complete" and "misb".

Reported as well. Hopefully eBay will take this down before some poor bugger gets swindled.

blurr, he had bad feedback from an item described the exact same way. Look at his neg feedback and what they said about it. Even if he was NOT a collector and does not know what exactly MISB is... I am sure a COMMON person knows what "complete" means. And its not complete. it was purposely misleading with the title, and described in the actual description so it also purposely described so it won't "get in trouble" with ebay for "incorrect item description". I am not giving someone like that, any slack.

Ditto, and even more so given the sum of money involved. Imagine if you'd paid that sum of money for a mint complete item, only for it to be anything but mint and complete!

indeed. he is charging less than a mint one, but a lot more than what missing those 4 pieces would cost. He is aiming to deceive. intentionally.
