Who's Mirage? Don't you guys mean Dino?

Change him to a corvette and call him mirage but keep a similar look. No Ferrari approval and more screen time.

 

So, removing all that the character stands for still makes him the same character? The movie is the most 'accurate' version of events, everything is based around the movie, but the movie is the 'correct' version.
In the movie, no one calls him Mirage, he doesn't turn invisible. He bears no resemblance to Mirage in any way, identity, actions, appearance (though this is movieverse so that's a given). He is not known as Mirage anywhere in the movie, which, as I stated, is the most accurate version of events of Dark Of The Moon. He might be known as Mirage in the game, but this is BASED on the movie. It's probably not right. They threw all that stuff in there because High Moon Studios thought he would be Mirage in the movie, but he wasn't. Different characters unfortunately. Hasbro might regard Dino as Mirage, but that's just a name for the toy, which is, yet again, BASED on the movie. He is Dino, not Mirage, it's not stated anywhere in the film that he's called Mirage. Even if he did turn invisible at some point, he'd still be Dino, because that is his name.
He's a new character, Ferrari's OC, if you will.

heck one guy said that ENergon Mirage have no resemable to G1 Mirage and yet you guys consider that Mirage as a Mirage

 

Yeah, because Energon Mirage is called Mirage. Same character. Dino is a different one.

 

Movie Starscream looks nothing like the typical Starscream, Same with Ironhide,Ratchet and So on.

Mirage and Wheeljack however have 2 different names and in the movies (Offical canon no less) They are named Dino and Que, If the nickname thing were canon then it might a less heated debate. I prefer the commonly used name for them in the majority of media but unlike you I don't give a damn if people call them Dino and Wheeljack or Mirage and Que.

i was saying that ppl dont consider this Mirage cause he lacks Mirage stuff, which IMO Doesnt make sense

as i said before if ppl prefer to call them by their Movie names i am fine, But saying they are not and never were Mirage and Wheeljack bothers me alot and IMO its a bit ignorant (No offence to anyone)

 

Yes he should. I want a Ferrari Transformers and since DOTM line has been murdered I'll have to hope for a TF4 line for Dino.

Dino didn't die. Since he lived, he can't be Mirage because Mirage died.

Dino is still, always has been and always will be regardless of the tie in media, DINO.

As someone said before, the movie is the most accurate representation of the events in Dark Of The Moon. Its THE FINAL PRODUCT USING THE FINALIZED SCRIPT.

Dino is Dino. It was a character change, not simply a name change.

Mirage was as much of a name as Amp, Target, Skipjack, Wheelbot and Devastator were. They were WORKING names. Not FINAL names.

if you guys can accept G1 Jetfire as Skyfire, G1 Straxus as Darkmount then why you cant do the same with Que, Dino and Devastator!

No mirage is only official in comics and toys, but officially in the movies which is the name that is the correct name of DINO ! not mirage not anything else just dino
