Made a few minor adjustments to Skullsmaher that I feel have improved my overall enjoyment of the figure.

Painted the visor purple to kind of match his box art. Didn't really like the weird black eyes with the big gap.

Also unscrewed the piece that the gator's hind legs connect to and rotated it so the gator's hind legs are inside the robot mode's legs. I figured since he was already a parts former, pulling out the legs for the transformation wasn't a big deal to me.

Looks good. I went with the reprolabels red holo-eyes since I wanted some of the other stickers from that sheet.

Definitely love what you did with the legs.

Whoa... so if you unscrew the back gator legs, do they lock into the back of the bot-mode legs like that? That's pretty cool if so!

    Thanks.

    Thanks.

So far, the legs on mine stay on pretty secure.

Huh. I didn't realize the leg mod was that simple. I just did it to my figure. It took 2 minutes, and now he looks so much better! I was seriously contemplating doing the mod that involves a hinge to swing it around, but this is so much easier. Well done.

I like what you did with the visor as well. I'm going to have to do that one eventually too.

Awesome. Just did this mod. Legs look way better and the pieces lock in really well. Awesome.

The leg mod is super clever and I may have to give it a shot myself. That said, I really wish a third party would make replacement pieces that allow the gator legs to fold into the bot calves without any partsforming. Design wise, that's really my only complaint with the toy.

I feel that HasTak could have made that the gator legs went behind the robot legs... but they didn't.

So the leg pieces actually stay in securely without the screw? I might have to try that.

EDIT: He can actually stand up now, even if that does mean partsforming, although it did that already anyway.
Has anyone tried making a replacement piece for the bit that connects the leg to the... leg? As in one with a hinge so you can do this without the partsforming?

EDIT 2: I have discovered that you can even drop the two screws into his torso compartment for storage if you're worried about losing them!
