Broke down and bought the MP-10 Shattered Glass Optimus Prime today off BBTS.

At $99 versus the original $179.99, I figured "Why not?"

Also finally ordered MP Dirge with him to finally complete the conehead seeker party. I debated getting him versus Fans Toys Reflector and completion won out.

My MP-10 SG just shipped out today from BBTS. =) I didn't have anything coming in my PoL anytime soon, so I just went for immediate shipping.

I wish they had a "Sleep Mode" in the MP-10 mold. Don't really want to get that in the old mold, but I like the concept.

So I wasn't the only one that couldn't resist. XD

And LOL "Sleep Mode" With the way they keep churning out MP-10 variants, they should make a remolded "Zombie Mode" while they're at it with removable arm and damaged face.

Had to get a charging block, so I stopped in at Target yesterday in Bloomington after work. Saw PotP Rodimus, and not much else. Even at 10 percent off, I just could not convince myself to get it. But it is probably still there if anybody is looking.

They do have Grimlock and Starscream at Bloomington Target now as well, plus full sets of prime masters and deluxes if you still need 'em. Not the fixed starscream, though.

Anyone use TFDirect or Show.z? I'm thinking about maybe getting some of the little MechFansToys Diaclone suits. I know they're KO's, but like... those suits are WAY overpriced to get them from Takara, and considering I've bought non-KO versions of Diabattles and Big Powered, I'm not gonna lose sleep over it.

I've used TF-Direct a couple times to get KO OS Combiners and such and they've been good. Pretty good customer service when I've had to contact them and decently fast shipping from China.

You can buy the mech suits from hlz401 on eBay. That dude is great; I get all my MFT stuff from him.

Thanks! I know I'm picking the worst time for this since CNY is going on, but I want some pilots/suits to go with Big Powered. XD

Hrm. I wasn't able to find him on ebay. Searching by member/store didn't bring anything up for hlz401. :/

Ohhh, I see, he ships most stuff loose, so that's where the savings come from, huh?

I would trust ShowZ over TFDirect. I've read some horror stories in the KO MP36 board about TFDirect.

I've ordered from ShowZ once...went fine. But I'm also a believer that the vast majority of places are fine when there aren't issues to be addressed. How good a shop really is gets determined by how they handle the issues. I seem to recall hearing ShowZ is decent for that sort of thing, but have no experience with it.

That's kinda where I'm at a lot of the time, too. One of the reasons I use TCP a lot. They're pretty chill about that sort of thing (example, they forgot to put a replacement piece that I was waiting on in my most recent order, then shipped it for free when they realized it). I just feel so iffy about a lot of the China places since I feel like they have very little incentive to have someone's back if stuff gets messed up. Still, I'll prolly go with Show.Z since their prices are a bit cheaper.

Someone from ShowZ posts on the boards in here; I know I've seen them in the Jinbao OS GT Gravity Builder threads, IIRC. Not sure if TF-Direct has anyone posting here, but I've always gotten emails back from there within a day, so they are pretty responsive.

Sounds like either one is a good choice in the end. I really appreciate all the advice! :D
