Jackhammer's auto targeting system, probably. The computer probably recognizes Wheeljack and would avoid hitting him.

Timesynch, well, I was thinking the same way, but still- the Ship got to the air before it.
Probably, because the Ship was was programmed to fly away, but it didn't, which makes me think, that Miko needed to control it herself, and it was more, than pressing one button.

I'm somewhat confused to as piloting the ship would probably require understanding Cybertronian which I'm pretty sure she can't.

On the other hand, way back in the beginning of the ep she's apparantly talking to and understanding Bee, without really thinking about it.....

It probably cant fire from the ground, so the ship raised it self when miko pushed the button, but the real question is, does the writers know? :)

It's seemin' I need to give a lesson again...

There was a nice bite 'ah foreshadowwing for th' incident earlier on in the episode, when that crazy emu Jackie went and torched Meg's David Bowie Mine. 'E's all, "'ere's what a whole bungalow 'a explodin' gasoline sounds like!" and he pressed the button to liquidate Meg's assets. Miko was there, bloody fascinated as Wheeljack pressed th' button to fire the missiles.

So yeah, it ain't too far from te head to concive Miko might have a bit of visual memory, especially of something like "shoot huge explodin' death bombs." She ain't an idiot, mate.

She did good....ONCE.....in ONE episode. As soon as Bulkhead gets back to normal, I'm sure the Miko I utterly despise will return

Ha, y'say that now, mate, but even if Miko ever pulls 'erself from the side of her comatose bud and acts stupid again, which I'm highly doubtin' for a number of reasons, a little bloke in the back 'ah your head's gonna say "She was good, once. I have faith in 'er again."

Y'ain't just gonna forget this, what I'm sayin'.

Yeah, she'll get the nod from me for ONE good thing she's done after the numerous others which put the Bots in danger over and over again. I don't like her, it will take a complete character overhaul to sway me otherwise.

I will give her the benefit of the doubt, in a revenge state of mind, she made the right call, once, and she gets my okay, once. We'll see in the future is the obnoxious vomit worthy character returns

like i said, the armada kids got much better in the later episodes. but at the beginning episodes, they were completely useless.

I would hope the writers will be perceptive of the fact that the war has now changed and widened due to Miko's actions and that there will be serious consequences they will all have to deal with that might even result in a necessary re-evaluation of their relationship with their human counterparts. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea bringing the kids in in the first place now that their families are targets. Even worse if they realize how strong Optimus Prime's insistence that they not be harmed. If Megatron found out he could pull a Joker move and simply begin randomly (but discreetly) killing one fleshling a day until the Autobots complied with his requests. Things could get very nasty indeed. It would be interesting seeing how far the writers would be willing to go in this direction and if they would acknowledge Miko's/Wheeljack's actions as the original instigator.

She was good this episode. I'm still irritated she killed off Hardshell.
