http://www.eastvalleytribune.com/story/102037 Er that's not smart going after fans like that- boo the fans who pay help pay your big fat salary??? Wow- I wouldn't be surprise to see some backlash from these remarks. I guess the guy is some sort of a vengeful person
Fans are too fair-weather these days. Get behind your team and support them. That's the way sports works.
I have absolutly no knowledge of anything past what was quoted there, but the dude has a point. Fans boo him, he can boo back. So they help pay his salary, without him, they have nothing to be fans of. It's a joint relationship as far as the payoff's concerned. Plus, it's not like he says he hates the fans or boo the fans for being fans, he just wasn't impressed by their game spirit, so yeah, boo them. But boo him for not playing >game in question< well, too. Fans need to get over it, they're too whiney nowadays over every little thing. of coarse, this is my opinion, and I'm undoubtably wrong on this point, as I have no idea what we're talking about really. What game is this, anyway? Please, no stones.
And have a few fist fights on the court... At least that gives me something to watch when they play the highlights on the news. SPLIT... I think it's basketball, but don't quote me on that.
Not really, I watch english football (soccer) yet I spend more time in the web, which it's a serious business . I used to watch NBA alot and played too, but I got lost interest of it, even some basketball jocks here (no, not in US) are full of themselves helped the progress.
im with mike, suns fans are starting to to take thing for granted. y'all pay hundred bucks tickets, act like it, lazy buggers. this is why intl soccer fans rule, we dont need no jumbotron prompts and shit.
