Yes! No more Furman! Some flesh blood.
who the hell is Mike Costa
Upcoming continuity rape detected.
no simon furman ( I love his work) I guess prime will live for more then one story now lol
awriter for some gi joe publication about cobra. For some critically acclaimed person I certainly don't find much on him in google
cool I guess. I really like that G1 intro like art work.
Finally! No more goddamn mini after mini crap.
Continuity? What continuity?
who the hell is Mike Costa
Cool! I hope its good!
one thing I hope they do is have some constancy with the character models... but looking that pic they had changed them again
The art looks pretty good
I honestly hope it's better.
Mike Costa has written a couple of different property-based comic books-- most notably for our fandom, GI:JOE Cobra for IDW. So I guess now its time to go over to Hisstank and figure out if he's a good writer or not!
EDIT: Dude, this guy is gold. It sounds like all he's ever done so far is awesome work. I'm gonna run out and try and find Cobra now-- I haven't found a negative yet. This has me excited.
Wait, the writer of that new Cobra-oriented GI Joe comic? Oh, this will be very, very good indeed. I fucking love the Cobra comic, very cleverly written with an excellent atmosphere, not to mention quite a few shocking twists that don't feel as stunts to sell more comics.
Eh. Costa? I suppose I'll give him a chance. 3 or 4 issues, maybe. But it's not sounding that promising if you ask me. "Things will never be the same again" sounds like a euphemism for "reboot."
I've already suffered through enough of those. IDW, like my bother-in-law, you really dissapoint me.
IDW could have Warren Ellis, Stephen King and Neil Gaiman signed on as their new writing team and I wouldn't be wasting any more money on their TF comics. I'm not interested in TF comics until someone else gets the license.
