Repainting deluxe bots into Micromasters is fun. My first attempt was Highjump. Since then I've done three more.

First up is Growl. I bought a CW G2 Bruticus set, and Swindle's combiner peg was missing the spring. I picked up a regular CW Swindle to borrow the combiner peg spring, and did a super simple repaint on the leftover Swindle. (I'm using the HFG as a type of anti-aircraft gun) I just painted the chest, waist, and gun.

Next up is Swindler, repainted from CW Wheeljack. He is no longer a Delorean, but he does still have his "Mr. Fusion" power converter. The head is from Dead End.

The final one is Whisper. I bought a PotP Blackwing (Darkwing) that had some issues, and decided to try fixing it and turning it into a custom. I repainted the wings (all three sets), thighs, lower chest, shoulders, lower arms, and toes. The head is a Steamshield Jazz head. I went with a slightly darker gray to give a nice two-tone look, and trimmed the wings with blue. (The paint looks a lot better in person, the camera glare makes it look a lot rougher than it is)

Nice work! I like them all but Whisper stands out the most to me. The more obscure the character, the better.
