Hey Gang! Just wanted to share a sneak-peek at a little future project I have in the works that I thought you guys might get a kick out of. This is the internal armature for a super poseable 1 1/2" tall figure that will have 26 points of articulation that will eventually be sculpted on top of using Apoxie sculpt and greenstuff. It was made based on the design of Takara's "Material Force" figures that came out several years ago but just shrunken down... a lot! The custom made ball & socket joints are created from greenstuff & super tiny gold hat pins. The knee & elbow joints are made from a flat piece of leftover polyvinyl sprue cut to the needed shapes & temporarily held together with cut-to-length straight pins. It has a double ball jointed neck, double jointed elbows & knees swivel joints just below the shoulders & hips that allow for 360 degress rotation and a very tiny ND magnet in each foot. The temporary head is made from Apoxie sculpt & all the rest is sheet & tube styrene of varying thicknesses and diameters cut to shape. Even the tiny hands have poseability, theres a hinge just in front of the ball jointed wrist that allows for 180 degrees of movement! There's about 24 hours of work on it so far & this marks my smallest poseable scratch built figure to date. I don't wanna say what its gonna be yet when its finished ( wanna leave that as a surprise for you guys ) but I guarantee its something that hasn't been done yet! UPDATES Okay, so I couldnt wait 'til this guy was finished ( read "no willpower" ) to post more progress on 'im, I just had to share or I'd burst!! The whole thing, base included is still very much a w.i.p. The H-board will be magnetically "detachable" & its exhaust plumes ( which will eventually be sculpted & clear cast to match the '86 movie art ) are underlit from a custom built l.e.d. lite setup in the scratchbuilt base. So, now, anyone guess what this is gonna be? If they scale good with SFC's made daniel & exosuit stuff could b articulated!!! What am I saying, u know I still have an extra SFC, gonna b fun 2 try out something like urs

these would make you rich I have been hoping someone would make these, the crap dr. wu came out with and the one takara made don't come close to this already. I would buy these by the handful for the right price of course.
