    oh my god.

    I don't know what to say.

    Every year I meet him at Wizard World. Coolest guy ever. I thought I'd be doing that for at least the next decade or two. One of my heroes. One of the best.

    Just heard this a few minutes ago actually. Real shocker. What an absolutely great guy he was, one of the best for sure.

    truly sad news...i really liked his art. Sad to see him gone. He went out fighting though.

    Damn. I was a big fan of his back when I collected a lot of comics and I made a habit of buying anything that he did the cover for. He always seemed like such a great guy although I never met him personally. I knew about his cancer and how it could affect his ability to draw and walk because of his hip, but I didn't know it had gotten this bad again.

    He'll be missed.

    Just saw this posted. :(  Major suck!

    I'm a big fan of his art (I loved the early Witchblade issues) and can't believe he's now gone.... :(

    When I read the title my reaction was "no way! It can't be the artist from Fathom and Witchblade, surely not him"

    Man, the best always burn the brightest and the briefest. I can't believe it.

    Wow. I remember reading an article in Wizard a year or two ago about him saying that he was on the mend. He'll be missed. T_T
