Along with David Robinson, John Stockton, Jerry Sloan, and C. Vivian Stringer.

I must say I feel very privileged to grow up watching MJ play ball.

I often forget that. He played with passion, determination, and most importantly, class.

    You hear that Kobe? :p

I miss him playing. :(  I fell out of love with the NBA after he left for real.

I feel very privileged to watch him play from his rookie season til he left Chicago (although I hated him when he defeated Lakers in the Finals). As much as I love Kobe there is no one who can ever be another MJ and he will always be the greatest player in NBA history.

Couldn't agree more. I felt the same way when Larry Bird was inducted. A great day for basketball.

What an amazing career. I really miss the days of watching Bulls games with friends, you never knew what Jordan was gonna do. I haven't been able to get into basketball the same since he left. Next year will see Pippen in the hall as well.

After he retired following the last game versus the Jazz, I've not had a desire to watch a sporting event ever again.

:lol  Stockton had a front row seat :)

Michael Jordan really deserves to be in Basketball's Hall of Fame. He was one of the best NBA players ever before he retired.
