Michael Bay's New Mexico Apartment Burglarized During Transformers 2 Filming - Transformers News
somebody check ebay.
if it turns out taht a Transformers fan did this, I will quit the fandom.
Yup, and it wouldnt surprise me in the least bit if it was.
was there an explosion after?
I didn't realise burglarized was a word. I always thought it was burgled.
This is reminiscent of his computer being haxed.
Ugh. Truly pathetic.
No more really needs to be said than that.
If the script was stolen we could have worldwide web watch !! It has happened in the past !!
When Valve Software Corporation was still developing Half Life 2 ,a guy in Germany hacked the hardware and posted many images an videos on line .... the company was desperate and went to the F.B.I .........and to every geek online for help !!
Read "Source code leak" here
Half-Life 2 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Be on the watch people !!!
As fans of TF we should hope the script wasn't stolen and won't be leaked. Bay and his team worked hard to keep the plot secret, and some schmuck broke in and might have stolen it.
Poor Bay, it's sucks being a victim to crime.
Wow. Seriously hope it wasn't one of the more pathetic members of the fandom attempting to find 'super secrets' or some crap like that.
Lame, this is awful.
Yeah it was some guy who overreacted to bays designs "FOR RAPING HIS CHILDHOOD DOOOOOD!" SO hes stalked Bay and at the right moment he stole all the stuff, and is going to burn it and dance around it in a Gen 1 Optimus costume! ROFL Sadly I could also see that hapening.
That is really not awesome.
I know it can be difficult, but my hopes are that Mr. Bay (and any other creative staff involved) don't misjudge the majority of us who don't want these things to happen. Personally, I'm very grateful for the HARDwork that has been done towards respecting the franchise, stories, heritage, and characters that we all are so fond of. The level of involvement from Hasbro/Paramount and our fandom here is very much appreciated.
I hate how a few bad apples can leave a bad taste in the mouth for a whole bunch; I hope such isn't the case here
On another note, it is possible that the burglars had no idea that it was Mr. Bay's place. That doesn't make it any better for me, but I just wanted to throw that hypothetical scenario out there.
Also, I really hope that the persons who do these types of things aren't stupid enough to make themselves known to the TF fandom. I'll just leave that thought there.
That's the first piece of news I HOPED was misinformation.
that's new mexico for ya
I hope they catch who did it and feed 'em to Scorponok. Stupid criminals.
I'll be the first one to say it.
Could be a publicity stunt.
A script could get leaked, and he'll come out and say it's fake, etc.
If the break in is real, then someone find the thieving scumbag and wing 'im. Get him in the kneecaps for extra points.
Geeze, you'd think bay would have like a security system where if you break a window his house explodes or something.
