Yeah the run time was already hinted to us. Mind you based on what orci said i thought it might slightly supass the 2.5 hr mark. The way i look at it tho, is last time we had like 1 hr 20 mins of robots. This time we have over 2 hrs of robots, and more of them!!!. But still Bay is teasing, he's not going to give anything up.

Perhaps it's like what happened with the first movie. A Twitter executive took him to their studios and he liked what he saw.   Maybe we should expect Twitter to have an explosion background selection.
