The fact that there was this much hype surrounding Onslaught's robot mode, only for it to be revealed to be truck Long Haul, is the most Movieverse thing to ever happen in these movies.

Especially since the hype was all generated by the fans. Onslaught's never been mentioned again since his alt mode debut. We created the idea that he'd be some big reveal.

You're not wrong. I think the hype was generated from Onslaught being one of the three Decepticons actually revealed through official sources next to Barricade and Megatron. Even though it was technically just his vehicle mode. But damn, yeah, it shouldn't be a surprise at this point since people the importance of minor things in the movies has pretty much been a staple in the movie fandom.

I'm actually more upset by the Shockwave -> Nitro thing than the Long Haul -> Onslaught one. With the Constructicons it makes some sense, since ROTF pretty much establishes them all as drones/clones, so obviously there's gonna be a bunch of guys that look like Long Haul running around. But with Nitro all I get from him is the disappointment that he's not Shockwave being brought back to be given some actual character.

I knew I couldn't be the only one noticing that Bumblebee was changing sizes. Originally, he was around the 16-16.5 foot range, but it seems like he's slightly taller in TLK (Taller than crosshairs, who was the taller one in AOE). However, Bee hasn't changed more than a foot, so it's not that big of a deal.

Megs, on the other hand, has changed drastically. Originally, he was around 5-7 feet taller than OP, maybe even more. However, in RotF & DotM, he's pretty much the same height, albeit wider. However, in AoE, he's back to being taller than OP, though it's not to the extent that it was in the first film.

While we're on the topic of height, even with his wide body, has anyone else thought that Starscream was too small to be an F22?

That's why he had those silly chicken legs and wing shaped torso, to absorb that excess mass.

This thread can't end until we have an official HD render of Onslaughts Bot mode! It'd be too cruel otherwise! :lol

Given the amount of new toy reveals we've had lately I think it's a safe bet we may see Onslaught get a figure for sure.

I would but he never went in storage!

They took one of my absolute favorite movie designs, gave it a sweet alt. mode. Made it the rival of my favorite movie character, added A LOT of guns, and named it after one of my favorite TFs of all time. I've never wanted a figure of a movie character more than I want this one!

OK, That's definitely something to hope for. Just curious, was there a Decepticon in that scene that fits Mohawk's Motorcycle?

He has motorcycle wheels and a mohawk, so It's safe to assume that's him.

    Thanks!

Now here's hoping they are toys. I definitely like Hooligan, but Mohawk looks like a Rooster to me.
