thnx yeah I think it works out better than I expected... UPDATE5: (first post, pics added) I finally found a suitable City-mode, besides the alternative Vehicle-mode, the orignal Starship-mode doesn't look to bad at all
UPDATE6: Made an addition + special Metro-Skycraper-mode... the Powermaster prime cannons are now mounted on the shoulder locations of Cyb.Plexi, which allows them to slide forward into battle-mode (extra firepower is always good right? ) then lets the extra-height (which I call Skycraper-mode) in the waist looks like the side are filled with bulk, but could also double as jump-boosters! (a jumping City, can you feel it ) Furthermore I filled in most caps by the arms/hands and prepped them and cleaned them (no pics) and are currently drying, to receive some paint!
thnx First coat is done.... hands completed & painted, so are the arms... Just need to wait till tomorrow to finish up the 2nd coat on the legs... Then just the black here and there, I know I wanted to do my first panel-lining.. but it has to wait until I go back to the shop again and hope the have my needs!
UPDATE7: It's painted, didn't feel like making new Alt-mode pics But I might, for now I'm very happy... I used different tones of white and lightgrey... just like both my toys had (dunno if the supposed to be sparkly white??) Anyways... until I receive a panel-lining pen and the reprolabel stickerset I'll continue now I'm gonna get back on other project as far as the available parts let me!
Very nice; the new paintjob's unified it nicely. And I agree that while it's unusual for Metroplex, the lanky look does kinda work for him. The only thing I'd suggest is that the hips look like he'd snap if you hit him once, and could probably do with a little beefing up so he looks sturdier.

Nice. Just a thought, but is it possible to do anything to the legs (like rotating the lower thigh) so you can use those transformation joints at the front as his knees? At the moment it looks like from a functional standpoint, his lower leg (the section below his knee) is about three times as long as his thigh. I know we're talking about robots which don't need to have exactly human proportions, but it seems that if your knee's that high up, it almost defeats the point of having it. It'd probably be an enormous job to re-rig it so he had a proper knee halfway down, but if you can rotate that central section round and use the transformation hinge (and maybe add some extra detailing to the new front of the leg) it could work a lot better.
