Much like the Legendary Defender toy i really wanted to make the wing shield. This one however was a little more complicated due to needing to mod the wings themselves due to lack of articulation that the Legendary version had. This one is an almost identical reproduction of the one i made for Legendary Defender. The shield can be held face forward Or to the side You can see the pegs from the wing mod in voltrons back Here are all 4 components of the shield. The wings, the silver front piece and the blue plastic back piece with handle The front piece is made from styrene tube and sheet hand cut and fabricated. The blue plastic is cut from a crafting case from Michaels with the handle fabricated from styrene here are the wings attached to voltron with the shield assembled without the wings. still makes a decent shield. hope you enjoyed! oh and for those that noticed red lions head is missing thats because i took him apart to work on a possible neck articulation mod. Not sure if u wanna do it cuz its rather small and may not work well. So for now hes headless. back to planning the shoulder cannon!
