I'm skeptical about this. I think it might have just been a not very knowledgeable IGN reporter seeing Megatron's alien jet mode in the game briefly and he thought it looked like a stealth bomber simply because he was unaware of the alien jet. After all, the IGN movie sneak peak write up had the guy confusing Bumblebee and Ratchet, as well as Blackout / Soundwave.

If Meg's does end up with an earth mode, I'd love to see him pick the B2 over the F-117 Nighthawk. In a way, it's similar to his alien jet mode, well, more so than the Nighthawk. Peace out.

Actually this is just for the game, the movie itself there has been no word on Meg's alt mode.

The picture of the jet you posted I thought was a Stealth Fighter. The Stealth Bomber is the Huge Flying Wing or so I thought??

    1) The picture you have in the first post isn't the 'stealth bomber', it's a stealth fighter F-117A

    2) The 'real' stealth bomber is the B-2 Spirit, which is an ENORMOUS aircraft and far to big to be anyone's alt mode in this film.

    3) This 'news' is not news, nor confirmed, as this information was originally released at least a week ago. It's in reference to the Video game universe of the Transformers, which features a slightly different storyline and far more characters.

Took the words right out of my mouth. If I had anything to add to that, it's that maybe at some kind of character selection screen it names the character and what they transform into. EG, Megatron: Stealth Bomber in the same sense as if you played as Jetstorm (from Beast Machines) and it said Jetstorm: Stealth Fighter. Know what I mean? I think people might be looking too deeply for what they want to read out of these news stories.
