dear hasbro, why must you constantly toy with us. why must you make all of the cool charaters too small; blackout, soundwave, voyager megatron. how about next time you give us a cool large toy?

I'm sorry Jon, but that's already been done a million times.

In the end, it all comes down to buying what you like the best from whatever they dish out.

I for one wish the Voyager-Class Fallen came with his magical staff of power. Oh well, we can dream...or customize. 

 

Bought the Voyager Class, and ultimately didn't like it.

I spent some time with it, even tried the fan mode of the jet (which does seem to be legit, just left out of the instructions) but I couldn't get into it. The backpack drove me insane, and both Leader Class figures (TF07, ROTF) handle both aspects of his triple changing ability, and do so with a bigger size and a lot of fun.

I ended up taking the Voyager back to the store. I just couldn't part with the money because it sucked IMO. I tried liking it, I really did. I just couldn't.

 

i love this mold, even though to me it looks like a cybertron mode snaptrap (? predecon team leader)

 

I thought Megatron has supposed to have gimp arm in the movie but the movie suddenly changed the design, so Hasbro has to work out the Voyager class instead?

 

Will probably get the voyager Megs. It looks more interesting to me.

I thought so at first as well. But today, I kept going back and forth between Voyager Megatron and the Leader one. Leader is cool as he is equal to Leader Prime. But he is bigger than Voyager Fallen which he should not be. Both sizes have their own strengths and weaknesses, and I find myself at a loss as to which is the better of the two. I don't want to buy both as I'm trying to keep my collection as "lean" as possible with the movie line.

They're about the same size, but the picture makes Prime look a little bigger.

 

Man, I've got the Leader versions of Prime and megatron (Premiun Megs), and now I'm wanting the RotF ones, but I don't want more than one mold per character.

Anyone wanna trade?

I already have the Leader but I will pick up the voyager for sure once I find one.

 

I've been considering the same thing, but only if he's on sale. I already have the Leader class.

 

I waited until I saw the movie to decide and after I knew it was voyager Prime I was after. Just my luck 2 days later my Walmart put out a ton of new voyagers and deluxes and put them on sale. Picked up Megs for $18 and I love him. He is one of my favorites for the movie line that I have so far dispite the backpack that I'm not fond of but I deal.

 

atleast the ROTF leader megs looks better toy wise than the first leader megatron...i just wish they had used the premium color that they used on the premium leader megs from the 1st movie...loved that darker grey tint....
