I am pretty sure he's a Megatron fan and a G1 fan or even Movieverse fan, anyways as I was going to work the other day i say a white van parked acrosse the street at around 7:30 am. The company's name is OMEGATRON, take the O out and you have Megatron they most probably named it Omegatron cause Megatron is a licenced name.

Electronic companies are known for using terms from anything relating to electronics, science, magnetism or particle science in their names. So if this "Omegatron" vehicle you saw is the same as Montreal company "Omegatron MaƮtre Electricien" and the fact that an Omegatron is a Mass Spectrometer, I would not be surprised if it had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Transformers. ;)

Maybe it's a heartfelt greeting such as 'Oh, Megatron'...

I don't think many people would start companies with homages for names.

Your name is Insane Galvatron. Take out the Galvatron and you must be a fan of mental illness!

I see a battery truck by my house a lot that has decals for all kinds of battery brands on it, and one of them is "Mega-Tron".

So by this logic, Duke Ellington was a fan of Transformers despite dying a decade before it debuted.

You have to remember that most Transformer names are just that, names. Taken from whatever, wherever. Other people and companies can use these names and have it mean absolutely nothing to a Transformer character.

Let me add to the conversation with this tidbit. There appears to be a company called "Megatron Security Systems" in South Africa. Maybe you should call them and ask if they like Transformers?

I wanted to post this earlier, but I had found this old website banner on my computer. I do not know what website it came from, but it says that I had saved it to my PC in 2000.
