It is #4 on the list.
I have posted a topic about that.
We all knew Megatron would be up there.
Hmmm...I'd have put Megatron in #3 and Lord "He who shall not be named" at #4. Megatron is more eviler than he is.
Movie Megatron was boring, one-dimensional, and blew up a lot of stuff. But as a villain, I didn't see anything that makes him more horrible than some of the villains listed after him.
Megatron deserves to be on that list. It took five Autobots, the US military and the God Cube that creates entire speices to stop him. That's some perseverance. (And endurance, and you just know he'll be back to cause more shit for the planet)
Not only that, but he also tore Jazz in two with no effort at all, and who knows how many Autobots he terminated back on Cybertron. And after being frozen for 10,000 years (or whatever the time was), he didn't miss a beat with being his bad self.
The gravitational pull of Weaving?
They got the wrong Megatron. Live-action Megatron gets trapped in ice for a number of years, wakes up, and quickly gets PWNED by his old nemesis and a teenager. '86 Megs killed a number of Autobots, includnig his longtime rival, becomes Galvatron, and, though defeated, still had the cojones to stand up to Unicron.
Well, when you put it that way... yeah, you have one heck of a point there...
I distinctly remember Movie Prime getting his ass kicked by Megatron.
I also distinctly remember that while G1 Prime was mortally wounded, he still won the fight in the end.
Except that he died. And Megatron lived, he just got to float in space until a writer's crutch found him.
Getting your ass kicked by a dude who's about to die and then being turned into Leonard Nimoy who later becomes a purple loon isn't much to brag about
Considering Megatron's miserable role in Transformers 1 and the credibility of an online chart created by some John Doe at the Yahoo conglomerate ... no, that's just stupid.
Huh? Are you kidding me? Movie Megatron is #4 while Magneto is #10?
Movie Magneto wasn't the right portrayal as well. Magneto would never send fellow mutants to their deaths.
Man, that list is flawed. I definitely agree that the movie version (1986) was way more hardcore than the new one. Plus Voldemort?! HE'S above Magneto and MEGATRON?!
Maybe it's just because I never read the books, but that seems outrageous to me.
Now people should just stop complaining and saying that Movie Megatron didn't work, he wasn't a good villain, the public won't recognize him, etc... Oh wait, they are still doing it...
Read Harry Potter, Voldemort is ruthless definitely deserves to be up there.
Agent Smith "Matrix 1 and 2" to me however should be number 1
Yeah but they're judging the movie versions. And the movie versions is a dweeb.
Separate names with a comma.
