Albeit shocking, this doesn't bother me one bit if true. A director can only take so much abuse from the stars of his or her film before someone has to go. In this case, the director is a bigger name than the actress.

Given the reports of her on set diva-like nature and her past interviews slamming Bay and the movies that jumpstarted her 'career', I'd say we should be thanking Bay/Paramount for making the change.

 

Finke is one of those people who almost never reports bad stories. If it's on Deadline, it's pretty much a given.

All the articles are coming in from Deadline Hollywood only so far.

I'd like to see some outside confirmation first before I celebrate or not.
Didn't we already have confirmation when she asked to be paler? Or was that just her being typical flighty her.

It does make sense though storywise, I was starting to wonder why she all of a sudden was going to have a boss.
Maybe they can find someone that actually has, I don't know, on screen chemistry with Shia.
