Hey guys, its been awhile since my last post. I've been working on this project for the last few months now. I started collecting the parts I needed back in October/10,started building in November, painting in December and into January/11 and finally it is done!!
When I first started thinking of doing this project I thought what makes Omega Supreme, Omega??
1st he was size, he needed to be a big Transformer!
2nd I wanted to incorporate G1 elements such as a claw arm, a cannon arm and a helmet with a visor.
3rd he had to have a base mode, a ship mode and a robot mode.
I always pictured Omega Supreme as the Autobots last line of defense and one of their heaviest hitters. so in my vision of Omega I added more turrets to his base mode and a huge shoulder cannon in robot mode!

Once I gathered all the parts I needed I sat there kinda nervous to start then I found the inspiration I was looking for when I began to study Uuser's original version and used his as a blueprint to building mine, but as I went along I had to solve a few problem on my own. As was done by Uuser I started off with a junker Energon Omega and picked up the G1 parts I needed and managed to figure out how to get the claw on that arm pretty easily, the hard part was to get the cannon on. It involved cutting, sanding, test fitting, over and over until I got the fit I wanted. the next was the chest void. I had to scratch build a "filler piece" so the head has a place to attatch. I managed this with some scrap plastic, old model parts and the canopy from the crane arm.

Lastly I have to give credit where credit is due. Thanks to Uuser for his original design and a thankyou goes out to Sculptbot for helping me out with face of Omega!

Well, sorry for babbling on here, so lets get on to the pics! More pics here ---->http://www.sector70.com/forum/photo.aspx?albumid=2309&apage=1&asort=1

much more respect for people like you for giving credits to those who discover the mold purpose in first place...im sick of some kind of ppl who recreated others ppl ideas and make profit from it (without paying respect to its creator in first place..)

back to subject: marvellous OS you got there...if the paint is highlight with more drybrush for dark area i think it will be more superbb

yep, I'd be sick of that too... though I rarely see any problem. You might wanna research before making accusations about inspiration though....I (personally) site my inspiration(s) ...if they apply. Just because someone's done something remotely similar doesn't warrant credit and praise...if anything, I think some might get bitter seeing a credit like "well, i saw ________ and I didn't want mine to look anything like it"

As for the OP, very nice stuff. That's a sick face and concept you got here.

I've never been a big fan of this mold, but work like this makes me want to change my mind. Great job in bringing out all of the smaller details.
