Yesterday i bought my nephew Mechtech DOTM Ironhide and were having hard time transforming him into his vehicule mode. The problem is cant seem to put his arms under him and connect the 2 black things on his arms that becomes his front bumper. Anbody knows how to do it?

Can't really tell what you're doing wrong. Maybe pics would help. Nothing's ever popped off on my Ironhide.

It's really easy to do, but hard to actually explain in words.

The best thing to do is go find a video review of him and watch how his arms are positioned under the truck.

Rotate the bumper pieces as needed.
Rotate the forearms up and around so the elbow is facing the nose of the truck, and the fist is facing the rear of the truck.
Make sure the wheels are rotated back to vehicle mode positions.
Swing arms down into the hollowed out truck, plug the bumper in and you're done.
