This set came in today. Always had interest but they were too damn expensive. I love them! They don't feel cheap or fiddly at all! Very similar in quality to the upsized legends MFT/MB released.

If I had to pick something to complain about, it would be the crotch skirt thing attached to Long Haul. It could stand to be tighter on one of the hinges.

How big is this KO in combined mode when compared to the average Combiner Wars combiner? Can you snap a pic? Thanks in advance.

Any upgrades from the originals? Looking at that tiny pic, it doesn't look like it.

For scale, here he is with Superion and Hasbro CW Scrapper.

I have no experience with the originals so I can't say. I have read that the original's shoulders tend to pop off in combined mode, but it definitely takes some force to get them off with the KO.

Any pictures of this guy/individual bots side by side with the original, non-KO/OS version?

Just got mine in today!!! Haven't had a chance to transform them yet, but by the looks of them so far, they're pretty nifty! Importantly, they were a third of the price of the original including shipping. I'm not a fan of of scalpers, and I'm not a fan of people stealing other people's work, but the original price was just exorbitant and (personal opinion!) uncalled for.
Sorry, beating a dead horse, I know.
But man am I happy with this so far! Will let you guys know my detailed thoughts later!

Huh, these don't look very oversized, if at all, in the end.

After spending a couple days with this set, I've got a few more issues worth mentioning. The individual bots and vehicle modes are just fine. Devastator has some loose joints. His outward shoulder movement is loose on mine so he can't really hold a pose with his arms out to the side. They'll hold swiveling forward and back though. Similar issue with his hips. Neither are ball joints so I'm not sure what the best way to fix them would be.

I think I'm mostly going to enjoy this set as individual figures rather than combined.

Yep, as far as I can tell, this is pretty much a very close copy of the original set of toys. I don't have the original, so I'm gong by what I"ve read...Same pros and same cons, but at a fraction of the price. Finally haviing this guy inhand, I do wish the original designers had made the individual bot arms extend somehow in order to give them better proportions. If it hadn't been for those stubbly arms, I probably would have broken down and bought the official release a year ago. Guess I'm gonna have to find a way to mod all of them...hmmm...where's my bits box...
That said; for the price, I'd highly recommend this set IF you enjoy smaller, legends size TFs. Super fun. Great price. May buy another set just for customizing!

Just getting into Iron Factory & DX9 War In Pocket figures myself (yes – I know a slippery slope), and thought this KO Hulkie might make a nice addition to the collection.

So sought out my favorite supplier and negotiated a nice price for anybody who is interested. Priced better than Aliexpress and backed by a trusted seller. Couple answers to common questions. Combined figure is approx. 20 cm (close to 1:1 KO). Price includes shipping in original box with full Paypal buyer protection, tracking, and covers all fees.

G2 yellow version is also available in limited quantities for an additional $10 over G1 green version price. Hard to pass up this little guy – at least for me J

    Cost & Order info here…

Also gonna run a promo if you guys want both G1 & G2

I know this is just hitting public, but any early observations on durability/build? I'm thinking this might be a good devy for my 4-yr. old. (and me, of course, just a little bit ;)  )
