Looks like I'm going to have to reconsider my season one only rule with these MFT and Mech Planet figures  

 

#1 Rule: Buy what you like!

 

A few others made some good points as to why MasterMade is on another level.
I wasn't necessarily talking about quality.
There are other things such as innovation, design, engineering..
Most of MFT's stuff is copy, paste, enlarge 10%.
The first original MFT figure I handled certainly left me wanting. Springer is awkward at best in bot mode and not much of a transformer in alt.
But like I said, Omega certainly looks like a step in the right direction. Diaclone integration is a cool feature to add.

He is looking good. If I didn't have MM Omega and Trypticon, I might've considered picking this up.
G1-ness of one design over another doesn't affect me, I'm in it for cool bots.

Can't find a listing on TFSource or ChosenPrime. He is listed on ebay coming out in July for $80.

 

TFSource won't have them listed as it is considered a Knocked off company.

As far as I'm concerned, Master Made are the kings of the legends scale, even above Iron Factory (again, imo).

 

wonder if one of the bonuses is the cosmo cannons? sure i remember reading that there were 2 versions of omega, one with bonuses inc cannon, one standard

So which Hulkie KO is this going to scale better with? Original, OS/KO with diecast (medium) or the OS/KO WeiJang (larger). Inquiring minds and scale obsessive types want to know!

 

If OHMYPrimus.com has an accurate height of 23cm on their product page, and that is 23cm at the head and not wings...

DX9 & MFT Hulkies are 19 cm at the head
YueXing OS Hulkie is 24 cm at the head, but can't be found in green, and half their faces have been changed
WeiJiang OS Hulkie is 25-26ish cm at the head
Iron Factory's Bruticus is 24cm at the head

So, the answer is probably going to come down to your personal preference and collection.

Sunbow scale had Omega Supreme a head above Devastator, but the only Hulkie that meets that criteria is the DX9/MFT version, which is looking too small next to today's 3p legends.

I say all this as someone that's spent the past 6 months looking for a Hulkie that scales with War Giant/Bruticus..
