Yeah sadly no bicep swivel it looks certain. The thigh swivel is limited too when the knee is bent.

But you know SW was never an action master. This still looks fantastic.

Looks good. I never expected a bicep swivel. Woulda been nice but you can clearly see it's a hinge joint at the elbow in the pics and there was almost no chance of them adding a second joint for bicep swivel.

No bicep swivel, no peg to attach Lazerbeak and needed all of the tapes (especially at this size... how much more could have this added to the cost?). Probably a pass for me.

It's 2017 and Iron Factory has shown it's possible to have both a bicep swivel and elbow joint on Legends-scale figures, so it's not really an odd expectation.

For a first effort it's not bad.

Could've just had a ball jointed elbow instead of a hinge. That would've solved it.

I never thought I'd say this, but I'm more excited for what DX9 are planning.

Looks very nice (even though the lack of bicep swivel is a bummer). However, I'm going to have to pass on him for my Legends collection because of the size--he's too big.

But considering the price, might get him as a fun little stand-alone/desk toy.

He's not in that scale. He scales with the Hybrid style.

Still seems like a good deal; 15 dollars for a legendsish 3P.

I'm not sure about that (i.e. scaling with the Hybrid style), since in wotafa's vid, this Soundwave is taller than DX9's Mightron, who is the same height as Hybrid Convoy. Soundwave should be a little smaller than Prime (and Megatron), no?

I'd say DX9's Soundwave scales better with Hybrid Prime, who, for me, scales just right for my Legends collection -- which I guess technically is not much of a legends collection at all, since it's mostly DX9 and Iron Factory!

I think y'all are passing for reasons that are good, but fall out of consideration when you take into account he is far less than $20 shipped.

I am buying this and the soundblaster version probably.

Legends scale for G1 is out the window once again. Dx9s dinobots don't scale with mightron or hulkie IMHO, they are too big, that i find a shame. I will still try get the dinos and allot of the Mech offerings, they work together surely.

There is like 3 different size g1 collections running now that could all claim to be Legends scale, some of the figures are interchangeable but not all. I will try play them all, keeping up where i can, and see which wins in the coming years.

Looking forward to more Mech Planet.
