The snow has started to fall, and my daughter has lost her mind. She dressed in her warmest clothes in record time and is now dancing and shouting among the snowflakes as only a nine year old can :lol

Remember when snow was this much fun?

I got sick of Winter once it kept freezing rain every week and missed one of my exams last month.

You should have seen the international students at my school flip out when the snow started to fall. They'd never seen it before.

Well, I grew up in New Orleans and South Florida, so snow was this strange and exciting thing for me. I rarely ever saw it, and when I did it was fun! Snowballs! WOOO!

Then I got stationed in Korea, where it can SNOW. Ended the fascination with winter fun real quick :lol

I grew up in the Dallas area and I always got excited to see snow. I've been up in Oklahoma City for the past few years and I've seen a ton of snow. I still love it when it snows.

I've been disappointed in the almost complete lack of snow this year in my area. We've never had much more than an inch at a time, and the temperature frequently gets up to the 40s (Fahrenheit), or sometimes even the 50s (which is nice, but seems so wrong for winter).

I've never experienced snow, so I wouldn't know how it feels.

It rained here last night, and there was a lot of ice. I fell on my ass and slid about 5 feet before I could get any traction. :lol  Luckily, the rain melted most of the ice, now it's snowing to replace the lost snow. Gotta love Canadian winters...

One of my friends did. She walked straight outside and threw snowballs at them while they all laughed. I stayed inside and observed the madness.

I live in Houston, so I've never really seen snow fall, besides going to places where the snow had already fallen.

Here in Oklahoma, we have snowstorms, or we have ice storms, or both. (Like one day ice storms, the next snow)

Right now, it might end up being both....great.

I remember when I was a kid, I loved snow so much. I still do, but this year has been lacking in it. It's such a contrast to last year's Chicago blizzard. There is some snow on the ground right now, at least :)
