I got my 3-pack in and I am really pleased with the quality of these figures.
A lot of thought and care went into them.

    Purple TS1 Colours Delayed

We wanted to provide an update regarding the T1 Sample version of the Unrustables figure. We are very sorry for the delay in getting this info out to you. At this time we have been informed by the factory that they were not produced when they were intended and after a lot of run around and back and forth we have been informed that they are unable to run the mold any time soon for such a small amount of figures. Because of this we are planning on doing something interesting, keep eyes out for an announcement in the next few months but it does mean that the T1 likely won’t happen until later this year.

We know this is heartbreaking to hear and is as disappointing to us as it is to everyone who ordered one. We would like to reach out to everyone who placed an order and let them know that they are more than welcome to cancel your order for a full and complete refund if they do not want to wait any longer for this piece. If you are wanting to keep your order, again we more than welcome it and assure you that the plans to have this be created are still in place. Once we have a green light then we will provide more information at that time.

We of course want everyone to know that we really appreciate your support on this and without our followers this entire project would never have even happened and so that is why we are very sorry to have this happen in this manner.

I really like the "Chanbara" style OTOMO evokes with that heinous 'Buster Sword' he comes with.
I will have to find my set of Stag Cleavers to loan him for some serious 'double blades' poses.

Ugh, I procrastinated on the head pack, and now it's sold out on the MM site. They aren't anywhere else, are they?

So, I finally got on board and bought a Bastard.

    image.jpeg

It's the Kapow "exclusive" although I'm unclear from the box just how this is commemorated as it just says "Kickstarter edition" and not having been intimately familiar with preceding history on these Guys I'm not clear on how this differs from the Burley/Iride ordinary version. Is it just an extra pack-in face/head? Otherwise it just seems to be the same tan and black BikeBot I've seen pictures and reviews of.

Anyway, I like it enough to buy a version now where for about 18 months I really didn't get the appeal. Strange how that works sometimes and a continued lesson to me to never say never.

I think loving MMC's Turben the way I do, it seems these Guys can work for me as distant cousins to His design type. At least that's where I'm going to display Him as a sort of Wreckers sub-group that Whirl would probably get on well with.

Skipping reading 119 preceding pages, what's the concise version of what comes next with this Line?

These are the Kickstarter version differences:

"Kickstart version has a different package than the regular with the Unrustable Bastards Logo on it and the Kickstarter logo and comes with the Unrustable Bastards Patch included as well." This is while supplies last.

The store exclusive consists of a unique head for the rider and two unique faces for the large bot.
Unique in that the only other way to get the Hollister figure's head/faces is to have bought into one of the large sets or buy the head/face pack while supplies last as well.

They almost fit in the seat.. Still look good doing it.

Customizing question: Anyone know of a purple paint that matches the Spector Rogues' LT's "war paint"?

Has anyone ever put Burly’s Skullplate on the Spector Rogue?

Obviously the orange will be out of place, but Im curious how the black & white skull play off the white body.

Pics would be very helpful if anyone is willing to go thru the effort.

Also, is there any chance we’ll see any other variants with contrasting colors like the orange/black?

    How about red/black, blue/dark gray, black/gray?

I love this mold and want another, but I honestly think only the orange/black has enough color breakup.

The Tombstone Sheriffs are looking cool so far, I'm hoping it won't be too long until we see the full robot mode. Also nice to finally see some female characters.
