Sounds more like they just say they could make it if they wanted, not that they have any intention to.

So vague. It would be cool if they did though. I have the original somewhere but its missing a few things. Not only that, its not in the best condition either.

I agree with the mighty Quin here. I would love a reissue of it, I am very much in the minority but i like the look of Vehicle Voltron more than the Lion Force.

I seem to remember that there was supposed to be a third Voltron that never made it over here. It had a lion's head on the chest. Am I mistaken about that?

I'd say there's a good chance of vehicle Voltron showing up, if the show lasts more than one season.

I would love a reissue of the vehicle Voltron figure (DAIRUGGER XV). I just don't want it to be an exclusive to the Mattycollector site...

I think it had 4 arms too...

I'm thinking the license mattel was granted might be global sans vinyl toys(which toynami has the license for)

I don't remember the specifics. I only a child when I saw a commercial showing that voltron would be airing on tv. One of them had a lion's head on the chest, but oddly enough, onlly the go-lion and dairugger xv ever aired.....

Let me see if I can google search an image of that third one....I know I found it before....

It sounds like you're talking about Daltanious (or one of the infinite alternate romanizations of his damn name), Dark Seeker. He was originally the candidate for what ended up becoming Lion Force Voltron, but Golion was selected instead. The actual third Voltron, Gladiator Voltron, was Albegas, who got a US release but no airing of the series because nobody liked Vehicle Voltron.

Hopefully it'll have better articulation and engineering than Toynami's piece of shit called Masterpiece Voltron.

Yes! Thank you! That was the one! Not sure why I have vague memories of that commercial showing him, go-lion and dairugger

Toynami has made some bad products but imho, that is not one of them. I have the plastic version. Tolerances and range of motion could be better but it's not bad. The MPC Voltron was a big turning point for them.
