Hi caecae22! I'm glad the arm mod has interested you enough to try it out.

So far as the glue not holding, make sure that you're using a glue that is meant for plastic on plastic bonding. I used Krazy Glue, because I was lazy and it was what I had lying around. :lol  I'm not sure what brands you have available locally, but checking the package to see if it forms a proper bond with the right materials would be the first thing to check.

I'm also overly cautious when applying glue. And by overly cautious, I mean that I hold it tightly for the first couple of minutes and then apply a small amount more around any seams before letting it sit over night.

Apart from that, when you screw the arm back together remember that it doesn't have to be super tight, just snug enough to hold positions.

And make sure that you've shaved down the ridges on the gear\elbow so that the arm can rotate without obstruction.

Sorry if all this seems general, but I'm trying to cover as much ground as comes to mind. :)

I'd suspect the glue first, though. I've heard good things about "plastic weld" but it might be a bit much for something like this. Super Glue or Krazy Glue have worked fine on the mods I've used them on. If any other Radicons have a better suggestion on glue feel free to chime in. :)

    Hope this helps!

That would be cool. :)  How do you attach the upper arm to the gear\elbow?
