Ok, this is somewhat a fun thread   i think the most ridiculous masterpiece anyone could get is Topspin or Twin-Twist . Can anyone think of anything worse?

No, a MP Wheelie would actually be kinda cool if it was done in a style like that fan-made model Wheelie. As long as it didn't come with a voice chip.

Ironhide2005's gonna beat you for that.  

A MP Ratchet would be really cool, if done properly, but it's just one of those hit or miss concepts. Why would you not want to see one done?

There's actually no character I don't want an MP of, I can see all of G1 being good MPs. But Masterpiece Movie Toys could be as brittle as peanut cake and cost quite a pretty penny

 

I've already essentially told myself that I'm down for ANY Masterpiece figure. It would have to be exceptionally bad for me not to buy it.

But if I had to pick some I don't really care to see done.... I'm gonna say Jazz, Hound, Tracks, Prowl, Silverstreak, Smokescreen, and Skids.

Looking at that list, everyone can probably guess why.   I think the Binaltech/Alternators versions of those characters already scratch the MP itch. As for the other BT/Alts, I think they were different enough from their G1 forms that an MP could still be justified.

Otherwise.... I'd say no characters from G2 through the Unicron Trilogy. I know some people would love Beast Wars or Armada MP's, but for me, the only lines for which I'd be interested in seeing MP's are G1 and Movie.

 

Personally, I can't think of any TF's that I wouldn't want to see made into Masterpieces, though I would rather see them made as Classics, as there aren't that many characters that I would want to buy a MP version of.

I feel pretty much the same way. There's a lot of toys/characters I might not buy at a Masterpiece price-point, but I wouldn't go so far to say they shouldn't be made. There's always someone out there who would love a Masterpiece Big Daddy, or G2 Windbreaker, or BW Injector.  

Heh, wouldn't put a headless MP Headmaster past Takara, given their past record on the line (MP Prime with trailer version sold later, MP Megatron without silencer/scope, and the tabs/slots which imply a cape and crown for MP Starscream might be in the eventual cards.)

 

Ummm... Action Masters.

Seriously tho, a Headmaster or Targetmaster MP would rock. Given his popularity in the Japanese show, Chromedome w/Stylor would be awesome. (And IDW's Sunstreaker HM would be even better.)

Rodimus Prime.........i dunno i just dont like the idea, i mean Titanium Rodimus was just plain awful. Alternators HotRod with the Mirage Mould works but i really dont wana see a huge arse version of the Titanium mould called a Masterpiece.

Grimlock..........i just dont wana see a large arse dinobot and ive never understood the love for grimlock. Grimlock AND the Dinobots yes but just grimlock on his own does nothing for me

Bumblebee.........again never understood the love for this little turd. He has never been a fav figure of mine considering you have had much better figures such as Blitzwing/Tracks/Mirage or any other TF that ISNT bumblebee, aside from wheelie obviously.

Bumblebee as anything other than a VW Bug. And no thanks on a MP Blaster, unless it's a working radio.
